1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between Bóna LABELS s.r.o. (hereinafter “Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter “Buyer”) in the sale and delivery of self-adhesive labels and other printing product, and they form an integral part of every purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

The Buyer may submit an order by:

After receiving the order, a sales representative is assigned to the Buyer, who will manage communication, confirmation of the order, and agreement on technical details of label production.
The contract between Seller and Buyer is concluded the moment the Seller confirms the order.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices for products are agreed individually based on the specifications of the order.
The Buyer shall pay by bank transfer to the Seller’s account according to the issued invoice.
The goods are dispatched after the payment is credited, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

4. Delivery Terms

The Seller arranges delivery by:

  • internal transport,
  • courier service, or
  • personal pickup at the Seller’s premises by agreement.

Delivery time is agreed individually, depending on order size and production capacity.
The Seller delivers products to customers within Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and all EU countries.

5. Complaints and Liability for Defects

The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
If defects are found, the Buyer must inform the Seller without undue delay by e-mail.
The Seller is liable only for defects caused by manufacturing errors or defective materials.
Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the product.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

Because the goods are manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual requirements, withdrawal from the contract is not possible under § 7 para. 6(c) of Act No. 102/2014 on consumer protection in distance selling.
Any withdrawal for other reasons shall be agreed individually between the parties.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data (such as name, e-mail, phone number, address, billing data) for the purposes of processing the order, issuing invoices, and delivering goods.

Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and relevant national law.
Data are not disclosed to third parties except carriers and accountants, who require them to fulfill obligations related to the order.

The Buyer has the right to:

  • request access to their data,
  • request correction or erasure,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions take effect on the date of their publication on the Seller’s website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend them.
Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
